Bamalovesoul.com just posted this new track from the Robert Glasper Experiment and I had to share it with you. Afro Blue is a transformation of Mongo Santamaria‘s 1959 song of the same name and Robert got a little help from the lovely Erykah Badu to add some of her sweet vocals. The song is off the upcoming album from the Robert Glasper Experiment titled Black Radio which also features songs with Bilal, Mos Def, Shafiq Husayn and a host of others. I’m looking forward to this dropping on February 28.
